One of our newest members of the team is our VA Law Clerk, Nick Cacciatore!
Nick hails from Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Orlando to pursue a J.D. from FAMU College of Law. For his undergraduate degree, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southeastern University. He has a B.S. in Legal Studies with a minor in Theology and Military Science. Nick was also commissioned from Florida Southern College as an Army Officer and Distinguished Military Graduate!
Here at the Coye Law Firm, Nick is working as one of our Law Clerks in the Veteran's Disability Department. He assists our attorneys with legal research, drafting memorandums to appeal decisions made by the VA, and with many other ongoing projects in the department.
When asked what inspired him to become an attorney, Nick said "My inspiration to practice law began with personal experiences of working with clients and seeing how impactful the practice of law could be in an individual’s life. I felt a spiritual calling to help people when they’re going through possibly the darkest moment of their lives. Serving people in need is my passion. Having the opportunity to practice VA law would allow me to give back to our incredible service men and woman."
When he's not working hard in the office, Nick tries to spend as much time as he can with his family, friends, and his dog. One of his favorite things to do is take his dog with him and explore all the different parks in the Orlando area! In his spare time, he enjoys reading and horticulture.
We're so thankful to have you around, Nick!
