As 2018 comes to a close, I thought I'd take a moment to reflect back on all of the amazing things that happened this year. I'm so grateful for the special moments I've had in my work life and personal life- for instance, all of the fantastic clients I've met and seeing my daughter graduate from medical school.

My staff has had some amazing moments as well this year. We've welcomed new attorneys, started a new practice area, watched a few of our team members get accepted to law school, and much more...

Top 10 Big Events at Coye Law Firm in 2018

Attorney Amber Williams celebrated 11 years at Coye Law Firm and her handsome son Logan turned 1 years old.

Stephanie Torres passed the Florida Bar and joined Coye Law Firm as a workers’ compensation attorney in October, and her daughter Aria turned 1 years old.

Corinne Huston passed the Florida Bar and joined Coye Law as a Litigation attorney in October.

Case Manager, Mary Kate Moran entered her final year of law school at FAMU College of Law and completed six 5k races this year.

Law Clerk Cheyenne Dunn graduated from University of Central Florida and finished her first semester at Barry Law School.

Case Manager Julianna Velazquez also graduated from University of Central Florida and was just accepted to Barry Law School. She also got engaged last week!

Case Manager Abigail Cunnane was crowned Miss Pinellas County 2018 with the Miss America Organization and was initiated into the Junior League of Greater Orlando.

Attorney Marchella McGinnis had a beautiful baby girl named Meila Ann, and opened a new Long-Term Disability practice.

Case Manager Mariela Robles joined the workers’ compensation team and adopted a miniature schnauzer named Thor.

The Coye Law Firm Volunteer Team participated in the Fiddler's Green 5K to raise money for the Habitat for Humanity of Winter Park-Maitland, and we donated several boxes of clothes and household items to the Vietnam Veterans of America. Attorneys Amber and Corinne also volunteered at the Orange County Bar Association's "Wills for Heroes" event to help create wills for 110 first responders!

Overall, 2018 was a great year and I can't wait to see what great things await us in 2019.
